Shell 2030

In an era when electric vehicles have replaced gasoline engines and created a monotonous experience - this is the vehicle that will take you to your destination, in an high-interacted way. Designed with a high ergonomic standard and simplicity, that comes from the organic shapes of the Seashell. This also comes from the user's sense of safety, that feels like a protected pearl in a seashell. Honda Shell 2030 includes an innovative tilt system, that comes from the lower 'V scissors' chassis of the vehicle, which gives it efficiency in the turning circle, and a whole new user experience.

Blink

Blink is a home medical device designed to measure vital signs and perform basic medical tests. The compact unit measures blood pressure and body temperature, and it supports blood, urine and saliva tests. Blink guides the user through each step of collecting data and reporting the results to a physician, who can send feedback in return. User profiles allow several family members to use the same device. Reliable home data supports diagnosis and reduces the time, cost and energy of routine testing. Blink measures 200 mm by 130 mm by 160 mm.

OXY2050

OXY2050 is an urban air purifier designed to clean polluted city air. Air quality is monitored at monitoring stations at all hours. When the pollution rate becomes risky, OXY2050 is sent to the affected area. The unit floats above the area with a helium filled outer shell and is guided remotely by engineers. Polluted air is drawn in through absorbing turbines. The collected air is treated with chemical solutions such as potassium hydroxide, activated carbon and calcium hydroxide. The purified air is stored and then released through sprayers until air quality becomes moderate.

Skybridge

Skybridge is an unmanned helicopter designed for cargo delivery from ships to islands without ports. The airframe follows the streamlined forms of marine organisms to reduce drag and energy use. The fuselage panels are molded in one piece from composite materials, and the internal structure uses carbon fiber for a 32 percent weight reduction. A multi-hook suspension and undercarriage winches allow a payload of 260 kilograms at altitudes up to 6,000 meters and in winds of 12 meters per second. Operators on a support vessel control the helicopter remotely, guided by onboard cameras and sensors.

Eden Rise

This project addresses Chicago's food deserts by creating a mile high vertical community at the lakefront, incorporating vertical farms that provide fresh produce within the urban fabric. Inspired by water droplet patterns, the four interconnected towers feature a tubular structure supported by a diagrid exoskeleton, maximizing structural depth and allowing for natural light and air circulation. Renewable energy sources, including wind turbines and cloud harvesting, create a self sustaining environment that can be reproduced in the future.
